Ear pressure and right ear ringing without infection or hearing loss?

I am feeling ear pressure and ringing sound for about a month. I consulted ENT specialist and there was no hearing loss or infection. The specialist gives me nasal spray and MRI order. Anyone having similar symptoms? If so, what is treatment adopted? I am worried and concerned.

I have had that.  There is a virus to ask about.  Labyrhinthitis https://www.webmd.com/brain/what-is-labyrinthitis#1  That can cause these symptoms you describe. I personally had those symptoms due to inner ear issues with my Eustachian tube.  My tube was closing in on itself.  I did reverse ear pops which helped.  Here's some info on that.  https://www.healthline.com/health/eustachian-tube-dysfunction
