Gastroscopy vs Endoscopy resolution difference for soft palate papillomus

Having a gastroscopy (sleeping mode) which recognized there are several papillomus on soft palate like 3 months ago. However, these papillomae cannot be seen by eyesight. The doctor says those are the STD HPV type but not other papillomus. I don't have any oral sex but kissing with different people.
Q1: I would like to ask is it the ENT doctor - Endoscopy and Gastroenterology doctor - Gastroscopy have the same resolution as what I did in the hospital for allowed me look at it on screen?
Q2: Will it have papilloma if i did smoke before?
I want to make sure I can see that papilloma by myself before going for Argon Plasma Coagulation. He suggested for Argon Plasma Coagulation to avoid big injury.
Q3: Will it have problem for recurrence for having Argon plasma congulation ? Will it be just based on my immune system to fight it off?
