Slightly white patches on the back of my throat. What could it be?

Hi, last night I noticed some white patches on the back of my throat. I'm a very anxious person, and I have a lot of obsession over health which is why I noticed these.

That being said, I was sick up till a week ago and was on antibiotics, I had a sore throat, I was coughing and had a running nose. Anyway, while I was sick I didn't notice these patches probably cause my throat was red from inflammation.

Here is the picture of my throat: https://i.imgur.com/eC3ypbe.jpg
Should I be worried?

Ah, this sounds like a fairly common event after taking antibiotics.  It's quite likely to be oral thrush.  This is a fairly long article, with a lot that doesn't apply to you, but it does confirm that antibiotic use can cause thrush: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/oral-thrush/symptoms-causes/syc-20353533

It will probably go away on its own, but if it doesn't, you should call your doc and get a prescription.  You can try eating unsweetened yogurt to balance your flora, for an at-home remedy.

Thank you so much for the answer, I feel more relaxed now. I will wait for some time and in case it doesn't go away go to my doctor. Thanks again!
