Sore throat and a small ulcer at the back of throat

Hi, i;ve been to many doctors now but they keep dismissing me as pharyngitis. My sore throat has been around 3 months and I feel something painful intermittently in my right side of throat. But when I look at the mirror, i saw these very small ulcer like lesion in the back of the throat. My doctor also said that lymphoid follicles at the back of my throat are plenty. I  have been taking medications for gerd/reflux. However, I'm very worried about the very small ulcer at the back of my throat that sometimes it hurts. Thanks for the reply!
