Strong smell of dust when exhaling through nose (phantom smell)

26 male, never experienced this before. Essentially if I blow my nose hard I smell dust, like burning dust and there’s nothing in the home with this scent. No meds or anything. Can’t figure out what this is. Sense of taste is fine. The only thing I can think of is I did burn a portion of my tongue on hot pizza earlier today if maybe that’s affecting it given how smell/taste are connected? It’s only when I exhale not inhale

Just worried as doc Google of course is saying I have a brain tumor
