Vibrating Septum after Septoplasty

I am just underwent septoplasty to remove a huge (over 1 inch long) septum spur, correct the septum's deviation, and reduce the turbinates. It's now 5 days after the surgery, and my recovery seems to be going okay except for one big hitch.

If I breath deeply through the nose my entire septum vibrates as if it is a tuning fork. This is annoying and causes me headaches. I haven't tried to exercise yet, but the deep breathing would kill me if this continues. I'm trying not to worry too much because this is still within 5 days after surgery, but I cant find anyone reporting this online any where and it is starting to really worry me. If this is permanent I will not be able to live with this!

Is this normal? I cant find ANYTHING about this online, and it's really freaking me out.

Anyone ever find an answer?  I have the same issue after septoplasty.  Been to 3 ENTs so far and no one knows anything.

I has septum surgery and nose hump removed 11 months ago, and have problems with my nose vibrating. Have been to 7 doctors, I have been given no answers as to why. I plan to go to mayos clinic soon. I also can feel the area of the incision, which is very irritating.
