Strange symptoms

I’ve been having strange symptoms in my face and neck , I’ve talked to some doctors about it  but none of ones I’ve seen has been able to point me in the right direction

Feels a constant sense of tension and soreness in all my facial muscles and neck muscles to lesser degree
And feel a slight buzz under skin ( like a less intense version of pins and needles)

Every time I try and close my jaw
I feel a strong muscular force opposing it gets stuck in position

I tried to pinpoint the specific muscles that are behind the force and so I looked up diagrams of facial and neck muscles and tried to match it to my sensations
these are what I came up with

Genohyoid

Stylohyoid

Sternohyoid



Clicking sensation on both sides upper part of my neck closest to the jaw when turn my head upward and to either side in a certain manner

Occasionally I feel an intense pain like something is being dragged out of place in the same area I feel clicking


Occasionally the buzz in my I mentioned earlier intensifies to the point where I can’t focus on anything , this is usually paired with the movement I mentioned earlier aswell

If anyone has any idea what could be causing these symptoms or what kind of specialist could deal with this please help me out
