You can use this as much as you want since it is saline water.  Usually, 4x/day is sufficient enough.

i have been checked my doctor for this and it seems to just be my allergies kicking in now. beacuse we had such a mild winter that nothing frose off. and i was told to use the saline srpy and it seams to be working .

You should have this checked by a physician for starts.  

Saline sprays are excellent for dry nasal passages and will help moisturize them.
