heart sound in ear againts pillow
started to happen after my low carb/fat diet. i dropped 12 in weigh inside three months, maybe something to do with this. heart beating sound is loud, but not fast or irregular. just stable thump thump thump in ear i have against pillow. what might it be?

the pillow away from ear. .odd to hear one's heart beat--but I don't fuss, working ok. I'm not dieting but perhaps it's s/thing we're eating late in the evening that triggers that, just thought. Stay well
