Is there relief?

I have also suffered from never ending headaches( 5 yrs.), lightheadedness, lost of concentration and short term memory lost, and depression for lost of my life. Seen many DR.'s, and taken many drugs.  I have a cyst in my sinuses which my ENT tells me is not the answer. I have had a runny nose and migraines for years.  I have had to retire, lost my girlfriend and can't safely drive. Now I spend 80% of my life lying down.

I would like to know what I can do.  Do I need surgery, a new diet, I have scripts for other ailments that have headaches as side effects.  My GP is worthless. I only go to him for scripts.  Only pain pills used to help, but 5 yrs. in, they are losing their effectiveness. I'm not even sure I know what Glutens are ? I do think when I am not eating cheese, bread, beer and fatty foods I do a little better. Not sure! Those of you with symptoms very similar to mine.  If you find the "cure", please share!!!!!

What is your diet like?  Are you a smoker and/or alcohol drinker?

What physicians have you seen?

Labs done?  Scans/imagings done?

Get rid of that GP especially if he/she is only pushing Rxs on you without finding the true cause of your problems.

Who mention somethings about "glutens?"  Gluten is a protein found in grains, particularly in wheat, rye and barley.
