Please Help

Wow I have been looking and looking for a free forum and I'm too chicken to go to an actual doctor. Ok I'm a 21 year old women in university. When I can't sleep I will general get up to do homework but I'm tired so i need energy so i binge on chocolate until i feel sick then i purge. Is that considered Bulimia? and if so what should i do? (I don't have the money to go see a psychiatrist and i'm too chicken to ask my doctor for a referral)

Do you charge for this 12 week Program?

Personally, A1819  , I highly recommend Overeaters Anonymous-

www.oa.org            It is FREE and has helped me with my bulimia tremendously,
more than all the therapists, etc etc.

no offense meant to Dr. Gould-  OA can certainly be used  in conjunction  with therapy, which is what I do.

When it came to really curbing the binge/purge cycle , it was the unlimited free  meetings , the personal "sponsor" I could  call again, free of charge, any time of night or  day, and all of the social support by others going through the same thing.
