Eating disorders are, unfortunately, life-long illnesses in many cases, and relapses can easily be triggered by (postpartum) depression. You are experiencing a relapse after an amazing remission. I would recommend seeking treatment for both your depression and your eating disorder.

Sorry did not mean to post yet. I gained so additional 20 lbs. 6 months ago I had back surgery. I am not able to exercise at all yet. I am very depressed so I eat. But I can't stop. I binge eat. I have begun to purge again. I know I'm wrong but I don't know what else to do.
