I have to agree, go see a doctor right away, waiting around isn't a good idea. Kids will eat the strangest things.
I think your in the wrong spot this is for eating disorders...but anyways
I would take her to the doctor or the ER, to have it removed. But, it probably won't hurt her, she'll just pass it. You might even give her a laxative to help her pass it.
