life expectancy

I've been trying to find out how long someone can live with anorexia/bulimia, but can't find anything. I guess it really depends on the individual, but there's not even a range given. Any ideas?

A little background:
I've had anorexia for 14 years and bulimia for 2. I've been very fortunate in not having any serious medical complications, however in the last 3 years my eating disorder has become my entire life. I stopped seeing my psychologists because they required I have a medical doctor, and I got sick of the forced hospitalizations.

Define "living".  When my eating disorder was active my life was misery nearly 24/7. Is that living? Rather than worry about the life expectancy, I agree with schlee, I would opt for recovery. I personally feel that your stopping seeing your psychologist was an excuse. If you want recovery, you have to be willing to go to any lengths to get it.

There truly is no range, no life expectancy, nothing. It can steal your life at any time, with or without warning. It might be today, tomorrow, years down the road? My suggestion...RECOVERY!!
