pain in shoulders

hi i wanted to ask about pain in shoulders..i started having pain in left shoulder initially 4 some months.its pricking in nature.n now it has involved both of my shoulders,m really having tough time:((n secondly my appetite z v reduced, i dont really want to eat anything:(( aldo my haemoglobin z 12gm/dl.my weight z falling day by day.kindly help.

See a doctor and get your pain assessed and treated. If your appetite loss is related to pain that will solve that problem as well. Meanwhile you need to make yourself eat minimum meals and also try Ensure to keep your weight up until you solve the problem.
