One of the most common problems is inhaling too fast. Sometimes, Inspiratory flow during inhalation is too rapid. (It is important to inhale slowly and deeply when you release the spray, so that you do not choke on the sudden burst of liquid. Try to breathe as calmly and as deeply as possible, filling up the lungs completely. Is there any way you can try to hold your breath for that extra few seconds after a slow, deep inhalation?
Spirivia Respimat is a DPI or dry powder inhaler. There are other types of inhalers that you may have better luck with.
Absolutely work with your doctor as you are not alone in this problem. You could try pulmonary rehabilitation therapy which may aid in the situation. Please let us know how you are doing.
