fluid in endometrial .

Hi, I am 27 female not pregnant.  I have struggled with pelvic pain for 7 years.  I have 2 periods a month and always feel full in my bladder even if I don't have to go to the bathroom.  I've had many diagnosis the recent  thought is to check for endomentrosis.  I got my  ultrasound report yesterday and cannot get it read by the doctor for awhile, but it says -The endometrium is normal in appearance with a thickness of 5 mm. There is a mild amount of fluid within the endometrial cavity. I just wanted to know does this sound like endometriosis? Am I on the right track.

With what you have posted along with your symptoms yes it sounds like you are on the right track.

Fluid in the pelvis could be an indicator of Endometriosis.

Unfortunately the only way to see Endo is through a lap surgery unless there is an Endometrioma present. I know technology is getting better but right now that is the only way to know for sure.

Hope this helps some.
