Are these symptoms of endometriosis? Should I be concerned and consult a doctor?

Starting about 3 years ago I started having really irregular periods and when I would have them they are incredibly painful and last a really long amount of time. So as the years have gone on my periods have become more sporadic and more painful. In those years intercourse also became painful and sometimes I would bleed afterwards. And the newest addition to my long list here is in the past month and a half I have been having stabbing pelvic pain, with painful bowl movements and urination and some light bleeding.

It certainly could be, and definitely see a doctor.

Bleeding after sex is never normal, and while it's usually not serious, it definitely requires getting checked.

You could have an infection, endo, PCOS, ovarian cysts - the list is long and varied, and you could have one or more of them. You definitely should see a doctor, and soon. Don't let yourself suffer with this any longer. Let us know what happens.

I hope you get some good answers and feel better soon!

Sounds like endometriosis. Of course there are a couple of other things that could be the problem. Definitely time to see a doc.
