Sac falling out of vagina

I know this question may sound disgusting, but I have had brown spotting for the past month or so seemingly nonstop. I'm supposedly on my period now. I have had bad cramps, but that isn't unusual for me. My bleeding has gone back and forth between heavy and light since Friday. Today I removed my tampon and and it was didn't really have anything on it...but about ten seconds later a sac fell out of me. It had no blood around it, it was just a red sac that looks like it might have veins in it. I poked it with a needle and it still kept it's shape and it required pressure in order for it to go through, I would assume a blood clot would be very soft...but this was fleshy....kind of reminded me of a piece of liver judging by its consistency. The shape initially reminded me of a leach, with it being slightly bigger than an almond in size. I am really freaked out! My doctor told me last year that I might have endometriosis, cysts, or fibroids. Could this be caused by any of those? or possibly a miscarriage?

It could definitely be a m/c - if by chance you still have the piece, take it to you GYN. They would be able to send it to the lab to see what's going on. But definitely call your doctor!

sounds to me like a miscarriage especially if it had veins in it. Im not a doctor but you should talk to a gyn and see if they can tell you if you had a misscarriage
