Why am I bleeding randomly?

I've been to my gynecologist numerous times and she said I have a severe case of endometriosis. As a result she put me on birth control however it made me sick . So she tried different ones but they all had the same result . Finally she put me on the depo shot , and at first it was alright but now I've been getting migraines , nauseous and everything . And when I go to work at ups and do my job I start bleeding randomly when I strain my body . Idk what to do at this point

I would suggest you see an endo specialist. Gyno's will put you on medications without even knowing if you actually have it and also think it will help or cure. There is no cure for endo and it needs to be surgically removed by a specialist. Most gynos don't know how. I can help you find one. Please trust me when I say you need to see a specialist.
