Hi Becca,
Chlamydia will not cause Endo - Endometriosis is when your endometrial cells (the cells that line the uterus and create the blood you have during periods) grow in regions outside of the uterus, for example on the colon or ovaries. It only affects some women and there is no known cause but studies have not shown any relation between endo and STDs.
Chlamydia can cause many other problems though! For example it can leave you more suscpetible to other infections or inflammatory diseases. It can also have symptoms similar to endo like the abdominal pain.

I don't think it has anything to do with Endo. The cause of Endo isn't completely understood yet and there are many theories. None of which I've read had anythign to do with STD's. There' are many woman who have endo and have never had an STD or the other way around. However, if you believe you have an STD or Endo, please see your doctor to discuss your concerns and treatment options.

Is your question asking if chlamydia can cause endo? or the other way around?  or whether one makes you more susceptible to the other?
