Please God someone help me!!

I hope someone out here can help me! I am a 28 year old married woman, who has suffered from severe endo for the last 10 years. First lapo was 10 years ago and the second was 9 months ago with a diagnoses of Stage IV endo and SEVERE Pelvic adhesive disease, clubbed tubes, large fibroids and adenomyoma (that was not removed) and diagnoses of infertility from fertility specialist. Also, have Hoshimotos Thyroid Disease, PID, and not diagnosed yet but possible IBS. Endo was also found on rectum, colon, bladder. Also over the last 2 years I have had blood in my stools normally around and during menstration. K sooooo, currently the last 2 1/2 weeks I have been experiencing severe bloating, to the point that i have shortness of breath and look like i am 5 mnths pregnant, bowel movements and urination do not relieve the bloat, pain in center upper stomach below rib cage that wraps around to my back, headaches, slight nausea, low energy.....are these symptoms of IBS? will they go away? Test f for kidney, liver, gull bladder and appendix showed normal but again that was 9 months ago? I was told by fertility specialist i have to have a full hysto and colonoscopy , i dont have insurance and cannot afford anymore ER visits, if someone can help me understand what might be going on and how to treat it and save me a trip and expense of a hospital. Could this be my thyroid ? Last BT was 2 months ago and my TSH was 16.89 and they upped my dose of synthroid to .75.....

My goodness! You sure are struggling with a lot.  I also have IBS and Endo but I must say, my IBS has never caused me to bloat so badly.  I do have occasional bloating but you would never think I was five months pregnant.  Personally, I would run to the doctor.  The no inusrance thing is a real problem though.  I'm not sure how to help in that area.  With as many health problems as you are struggling with insurance is an absolute must.  I wish I could be of more help.

Endo is a horrible disease! Heart goes out to you! Have you also been tested for pancreatic issues? Some of your pain in abdomen area make me wonder about pancreas. I may look into it for myself too but I also have IBS which makes the endo that much worse-it hurts me like crazy even on bc pills!! Have you tried hormonal therapies?? They cost $ but definitely cheaper than a hyst!

No I haven't, that's the test for cancer right ? You know its funny that you say that, I asked the doctor who did my surgery if she took a tissue sample because of the extent of the disease that was found and to check to see if there were cancer cells...she said no because it didnt look like there was cancer ???? WTH you can't see cancer cells with the naked eye can you ?? How would she know that for sure and it blew me away that a sample was never taken!

Hi, Let me first say I'm soo sorry you're having to go through so much. I myself am seeking help with endo. They think fibroids, polyps and or Endo. I'm 31 and haven't been able to have a child yet and I've been married for almost 11 years. We've tried for 7 of those with no help until I was able to get insurance. My pains are horrible and so is the bleeding. Anyways as far as your bloating is concerened and everything with that that you mentioned I would say IBS or even Crohn's. I say Crohn's because my mom being stubborn like all moms are would bloat, hurt and go lay down and get over anything, she would have bloating spells, lots of pains.  Her pains would start then her stomach would bloat and you could hear the "rumbling" sound. We had no clue what was going on..she didn't have insurance either so she'd take a tylenol for the pain, go lay down and get up feeling better...UNTIL the day the pain wouldn't go away. She dealt with the pain and bloating for several months..I'd say a year at least. Anyways, her pain started one day and wouldn't stop. She took tylenols on to a pain pill which my mother does not take for just anything and the pain wouldn't go away. I tried to talk her into going to the emergency room but she was stubborn. Her pain was like contractions...it seemed every 5 min. she was doubling over and crying she hurt so much. Finally to the ER and they kept her for 3 days before they did emergency exploritory(sp) surgery and found that she had 16 inches of her lower intenstines that were blocked and on the verge of bursting. THANK GOD they did not. If they had bursted my precious mother probably wouldn't be with us today. They removed all 16 inches and she's good now. On medicine of course because it's a disease and there's no cure.   Please Please don't wait!! I know it's hard and I did the same because I had no insurance and thought "how would I afford that??"  I know it's not easy but thank god we talked her into going to the ER.

Her symptoms were the bloating(bloating so bad she looked pregnant and she wouldn't let anyone or anything touch her stomach because it hurt so bad), pain and even severe at times, fever, throwing up, blood in the her stool at times (she tossed that up to hemmroids). Some of these symtpoms came later on.  She used to stay constipated alot when she was younger but when her Crohn's came along it was constant diarrhea. She was tired alot and I'm not sure if that was from hurting or from the disease.

Please don't think i'm trying to scare you..I'm just trying to give you some info on Crohn's just in case.  I really wish you all the best. You deserve it after all you've been through. Please let me know how you're doing. Take Care!   If you have any questions about crohn's please feel free to ask.
