Pregnancy

hi,

I just had an ultrasonography report after I feared i might be pregnant after having sex a month ago and this is what it says;

ultrasound report shows no change in size, shape and echotexture in uterus with thickened endometrium and a decidual reaction . no uterine mass seen
both ovaries are normal size and morphology.
no adnexal masses seen
no free fluid seen

Could you please explain this to mean. Could I be pregnant or not?

I go for a rescan in 2weeks
I have taken 3 home test which read "negative"
