after surgery endometriosis

So it has been confirmed, I have stage 3 almost 4 endo. They said they removed all of it off my right ovaries ( as I had 3, 2 inch cyst in my right ovaries) which caused my right ovary to be enlarged.  they found my right ovary had adhesion all removed during surgery. However my left ovary was found to have and cyst adhesion they fixed most of that but not all because it was stuck on and behind my intestine ( for risk factors they left that alone) Food part I cause is they didn't find any more endo anywhere else. Now my questions are. Could that have been the reason why I haven't gotten pregnant? Has anyone else been in the same situation and gotten pregnant natural?  How bad was your pain when the endo return?

It is possible that Endo is the reason why you have not conceived however it could be that the endo was also not properly removed during surgery. Did you have excision surgery? Have you been tested for PCOS?

you need to find an Endo specialist that can excise endo and remove Endo even if its on/in the bowel or bladder. This is key. Let me know if you need help finding one around your area. Leaving endo behind will only keep growing.
