NEVER GET BETTER :(

Hello Ladies, I am back again. I had my 3rd laparoscopy to the endometriosis specialist last Oct.2014.
I don't know if my pain is connected to endometriosis. Nov. 2014 I am diagnosed with H.pylori due to stomach pain. I take medication for stomach infection the pain didn't go away even I finished the treatment my GP sent me to the gastroentrology. I had endoscopy my result negative for H.pylori and I have gastritis I'm still taking lanszoprazole. since my laparoscopy I don't have a period my last period Dec.2013 I had depo provera shot & GnrH my last injection Sept. 2014 before my 3rd laparoscopy after the surgery I feel my period will come but nothing I have a sign of period like back pain stomach/pelvic pain, cramp & legs pain I feel very tired & weak can't sleep at night. Feb. this year I have a brown discharge not period not heavy I had swab for infection but normal. After the brown discharge came back to clear discharge normal after a week my discharge change to white like cheesy very itchy. I don't know what is this I feel lost. I had ultrasound March 31 my consultant said my ovary & bowel are stuck together she saw a cyst from drained endometrioma?I have adhesion /scar & my fallopian tube very thin &there's a fluid or watery? my other tube is gone I mean cut. I have many question to her but I don't get answer from her she said nothing can to adhesion. I'm sorry for my long post.Thank you!

If they are telling you there is NOTHING wrong...they are not as good as they say...I went to the best of the best medical facilities in the USA many years ago and they gave me the same line...took me 7 years later to find a dr. who listened to me and went inside my pelvis surgically and I had endometriosis even though my female organs had been removed (including ovaries) they ran so many tests and they all came back within normal limits...but the tests did not show what was going on inside...my organs had glued together...as well as endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction...have you been checked for interstitial cystitis? Our bodies send us pain signals letting us know "SOMETHING IS WRONG" Please keep seeking help from different Dr.'s...I have seen 100's through the years and though I am not 100% feeling well...if I had NOT been my own best advocate I shudder to think where I might be ... I would most likely not be able to walk or at least need canes...so keep seeking answers...these dr.'s you are seeing just don't have the answer so they are dismissing you by saying "nothing wrong..." I have a list of 6 endometriosis specialists in UK...I won't take the time to write them all out unless you want them...there might be others but these are on a list from a very reliable source...so pm if you would like the names as I don't know how close they would be to you since I don't know much about the UK...non of them say "London" so I don't know..but if you would like a new set of eyes...and another opinion..I will gladly take the time to type them out to you so you can then go from there...but know one thing...your pain is NOT in your head...something is amiss and your nervous system is sending the pain to tell you so...keep seeking....it's taken me over 20 years to get somewhat better...and had I gotten help in a timely manner I feel I would be in great shape but because of all the damage from being brushed off for so many years even by the "best of" dr.'s lots of damage has taken place in my pelvis...so just don't give up hope! keep trying to find someone who will help you!

Hi..Thank you for your reply.I am currently under endometriosis clinic here in London UCH. I am seeing my consultant. He checked me & said there's nothing wrong. I had an ultrasound test & they said the pain is due to the adhesion /scar. They took a blood test to check why I don't get my period. I went to my GP & she took a swab to check for infection, but that was clear & I also had a smear test that was normal again.I don't know what's happening to me I am still in pain :(

perhaps rather then vinegar try coconut oil? could you possibly be drying yourself out too much down there with the vinegar?

Are you seeing a gyn? I would suggest a uro/gyn and/or an endometriosis specialist...in order to figure out what is going on...could definitely be the endometriosis, but it could also be pelvic organ prolapse...so that might be worth investigating...

Might also be pelvic floor dysfunction...have you had physical therapy to see if perhaps you have a hypertonic pelvic floor? That too can actually cause itching...when it's actually a muscle in spasm...so much can be going on in that are with all the blood supply, nerves and muscles...so please if you're current dr. is not helping you...seek a second opinion and always best to see a specialist of the disease...

Sorry to hear that you are still struggling like this.

The white cheese like discharge sounds like yeast. I would go to your doctor to confirm the diagnoses. It could be from all the meds they have had you on since your surgery as well. You had bladder infections did you not? Sorry my memory is gone lately so if I am mistaken let me know.

Have you ever been tested for Celiac Disease before? I can't remember if I asked you that as well.
