lactating still!!!

i have been producing breast milk since 2000,i had a baby in 2007 and breast feed but continue to lactate.what test should the doctor do...

Doctor could run a test to see what your prolactin levels are.  But as Meme says, if you are pressing on your breasts, you could be continuing to stimulate the flow.  That would be the first thing to stop.

Are you continuing to express milk manually in any way?  I had a similar issue, and would express a tiny bit of milk in the shower a few times a week just to "see if I still was"; not until I stopped and left my breasts completely alone did it stop for me.  Hope that helps?
