How to I stop this chronic paresthesia?

I have sicca syndrome problems, muscle pains in thighs at times, the sharp pricking pain has now appeared at the top of my back, sometimes the pricking pain is all over.  My hair is dry and brittle, dry eyes.  I had a lip biopsy which found slight inflammation only.  No diagnosis.  Nothing in my blood and no deficiencies I'm vitamins, no thyroid problem.  I stopped finisteride in 2017.  I am now at the desperation phase.  I am 40, Male, from the UK.
