Abnormally High EBV levels

Two weeks ago I was tested for several things due to the following symptoms: fatigue and generalized lymphadenopathy that is painful and lasting for 7 weeks (at this point). The only thing I tested positive for was EBV. However, my levels were extremely high.
EBV early antigen IGG: 124 (positive is greater than 10.9)
EBV AB VCA IGG: >600 (pos is greater than 21.9)
EBV Nuclear antigen AB IGG: >600 (pos is greater than 21.9)

Basically, I have had a reactivation of this virus.
I am extremely scared and concerned because I've read that a compromised immune system causes a reactivation of EBV. In late April, I had an oral sexual encounter with a male of unknown status and I have been very anxious about HIV due to these persistent symptoms. It has been 20.5 weeks since the exposure and I have tested up to 18 weeks with 3rd generation antibody test which was negative and an oral swab Oraquick test yesterday which was negative, too. My question is what else can cause such high levels of reactivation and have any of you had EBV and had lymph nodes swell all over and be tender for so long? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, thanks for all the support and suggestions. I am able to control the candida infection to some extent with selenium sulphide. I had a chance to visit Singapore and i again went to see Dr. TAN who runs HIV and STD forum. He remembered me very well since my last visit to his clinic in december 2015. He got angry with me and started saying that you go and see a pschiatrist. You do not have HIV. He was not ready to accept that i have fungal infection all over my body and he said that EIA test are conclusive whatever may be the symptoms and even if my cd4/cd8 ratio is inverted. I hope and believe that it is not HIV but the symptoms are perplexing. Anyhow i have given up and accepted the fact that no body can diagnose what is going on. I have taken an aproach of symptomatic treatment and will keep a track of my cd4 count. In the meanwhile my wife pap smear is showing metaplastic cells and the condition stated in the report as ASCUS. That means i contracted HPV and passed it to my wife. Anyhow going to get the HPV test done for my wife next week and if found positive going to get hysterectomy done because she is already having big fibroid and having problems associated with it.

Also don't eat shellfish many people gradually become very allergic to it ..and it can kill you..that and the kimchee are. Just 2 simple things I wanted to suggest.. I don't know much about you so I'm just starting with things known to me that are basic but important to know..which are things you may already know and not intended to insult your intelligence.. for you sound knowledgable and intelligent keeping track of your illness   but I firmly believe a healthy diet and exercise like simple walking is essential to getting better. And a good place to start any kind of healing process..I hope you find
a solution and cure soon.

I really think you would benefit from a daily portion of kimchee in your diet.. It has a very high concentration of probiotics which has been known to kill yeast in the body.. Yeast can wreak havoc in the body if left to grow.. And it has a simple dietary fix

I had EBV over 25 years ago, which has resulted in permanent chronic fatigue syndrome. No supplements have helped so for. The only bloodwork that consistently comes back abnormal is my C-reactive protein. This indicates that there is inflammation somewhere in the body, but I don't know where, or if this is what is causing the CFS.
