EBV and nerve pain

Hello, I had a one time unprotected sexual encounter a few months ago. About 3.5 weeks later I started experiencing pain in my thighs, knees, calves, buttocks, low-back, ribs, feet, hips, arms, fingers, toes, face and even my collar bone. I have pain on the left side and back of my head.I feel exhausted and anxious most of the time and have a hard time getting motivated to do anything. I have been tested for all STDs including HIV, Syphilis, Hep A/B/C, Herpes (5,14 and 25 weeks later) and gonorrhoea/chlamydia with everything negative.this pain has peen present for almost 6 months now.
Does this sound like EBV?
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Get tested for EBV VCA igG instead of guessing whether you have it or not. Symptoms are common with EBV
