Has anyone else suffered with EBV with persistent symptoms for a long time?

I began with feeling ill back in March after I came back from Budapest with sickness and diarrhoea (sorry for the too much info!!). Ever since then I have had continuous sickness and diarrhoea with any food. I have had aching muscles and joints, constant fatigue and drowsiness. I was diagnosed with EBV back in early August but I feel like there is something else there as none of my symptoms have really ever calmed down apart from the sickness briefly. Really getting fed up and down about this all so anyone’s help or advice would be super.
