Is it EBV infection?

Hello guys,
This is my concern:
1) I got fever in 2-3 days
2) My bodyweight decrease 7kg in 6month but I am on diet (don't sure if this diet is the only cause)
3)I have palate petechiae
4) I notice small palpable lymph node (1cm) on my occipital, posterior and anterior cervical no redness, no warm, mobile node
5) No night sweat
6) Have rash on hands and leg after doc gave me Erythromycin

Do you think I get mono?
What is the prgnosis?
Is there something I should now?
Thank you a ton for the answer.

It sounds like you have a Mono acute primary infection. These can be treated with antivirals and are not chronic (usually)

Ask for an EBV blood test. Than can see you antibody levels and decide if that is the root of your symptoms or not
