Just Diagnosed-What's Next?

I was diagnosed Friday with EBV (level on my test was 374 and showed past infection).  I also have Psoriatic Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.  Since fatigue and other symptoms crossover with both these diseases, I'm guessing that I won't really be able to tell any difference by adding EBV to the mix.  Right now I just want some information on EBV and what it will mean for me.  All the information on line seems to be focused on treating mono (which to my knowledge I've never tested positive for), but what is the protocol for EBV?

As far as I know, antiviral meds are the standard treatment for EBV.

Btw, there are some studies that suggest a low-grade chronic EBV infection may be related to fibromyalgia.  Not saying that's what it is, just adding some food for thought.  Might be interesting to see if antiviral treatment would make any difference in your fibro.
