Meaning of Epstein Barr test results

In the last several months I have been tested for multiple things because I have some mystery autoimmune issue (at least that is what my doctor says). Back in June 2015, I tested positive for a past infection of EBV, and during a recent flare-up of my mystery illness, I asked them to check it again just for kicks. One of the levels was higher than the first time I had the test, and I am wondering if this means anything? I have left a message with the my doctor's office, but have yet to hear back so I am hoping someone can shed some light on this. The EBVEBNA was originally 366 last June, and the most recent result was 647. Thank you!
