Mono or something else?

It all started about 8 months ago. I woke up one morning feeling really out of breath and chest tightness. I went to the er multiple times with no answers. Then I got extremely dizzy for 3 weeks straight, couldn’t drive or barley function. As that started to slowly dissipate my heart would just start pounding out of nowhere like 140 bpm. I’ve had utis and chronic BV that just won’t go away. I’ve been to so many specialist with no answers until recently they found I have an enlarged spleen and my ebv test came back showing I had a previous infection so they’re telling me now that all of this is from maybe having a mono jnfection and recovering from it. I’ve just been so miserable and nothing about mono that I’ve seen shows these crazy symptoms I’ve had. I’d love to know if this is common or if maybe my doctors are missing something. All of my blood tests come back looking perfect and I am slowly feeling a bit better but I still get symptoms.

I would get your thyroid levels tested.  I had ebv and was also diagnosed with hypothyroid.  Your thyroid can mess up your whole bodily function if your levels are off.  I had the same symptoms.  I got on levithyroxine and I feel way better after a couple months.
