Hi, when you say your EBV scores are 750+, what are you referring to? Is it VCA IGG, EA IGG, EBNA IGG, or EBV DNA Quantitative PCR test ?
Hello 1314ljn,
I can tell you that my EBV scores were 600+ and my Dr's were of no help. My primary Dr only referred me to a Hemotologist/Oncologist, because I had a low white cell count and swollen lymph nodes. They did expensive testing for Lymphoma and Genetic test markers. When I didn't have cancer, they really just said the virus needs to run its course and there aren't any anti-virals that work for EBV.
I did a lot of research on the internet about EBV and found an extremely helpful book called "Medical Medium" on Amazon, which explains which foods feed the virus and which foods you should eat. It's also packed full of herbal anti-virals and a plan for treatment of the virus that can take months. I adopted many things from the book, however I wanted to shorten my healing time so I am in the process of trying MMS, which is a powerful pathogen killer that has a history of killing viruses. The FDA in the US has banned it so I ordered from Australia and I've started on it a couple weeks ago. I can tell it's killing the virus, however I have a few more weeks to go. It's not an easy treatment plan because you have to mix up the medicine on an hourly basis and it tastes horrible, but many of my symptoms are going away and my energy is coming back. If you try MMS, I recommend buying the book because the treatment can be complicated and the handbook offers many tips that you just can't get from buying the medicine only.
Best to you, Karen
