Positive results on all 4 EBV antibodies what does it mean?

Hello, I wondered if anyone could help me understand my test results. Nuclear Antigen Ab, IgG is positive 558.00 and the positive range on test is >21.9, AbVCA, IgG shows positive with >600 with a positive range on test >21.9, Early Antigen Ab, IgG shows positive 11.6 with a positive range on test >10.9, and also Ab VCA, IgM shows positive 44.2 with positive range on test >43.9. What does it mean when all 4 tests are positive? I was told I have a reactivated case and some of my results seem very high. I had a previous reactivated case a few years ago also. Over the last couple of years, I have had bad muscle weakness, fatigue, and joint pain. Last week I got a sore throat and my lymph glands became swollen so that is why my doctor ran the test. Could the issues I have been having over the last couple of years be related to this virus? Thanks so much for any help you can give me.

It means that it got reactivated again. Yes some people have chronic EBV symptoms over the years
