Hey guys,

Kind of a dark day for me, but I guess Im just asking for opinions. I just started dating this girl, and weve tried to have sex twice now. Each time right before penetration I have a full erection, and end up going limp inside of her, having trouble getting an erection again. I havent masterbaited in about 2 weeks, and I really am quite afraid of losing her due to a terrible sex life. I can get an erection when we are laying close togethor, and start kissing and what not, but as soon as I go to put a condom on or even move from laying down i start to go limp. I am thinking that it is porn induced ED, I can usually climax after watching porn  but I am having real troubles in even staying erect for sex. I was thinking about taking Panax Ginseng, in hopes of helping me stay erect during sex. Ive been reading on the whole "rebooting" treatment for porn induced ED (which would take 2 months at minimum), but again I am quite afraid of losing her due to a non existent or just extremely awkward sex life.

What do you guys think?

do you know what caused the low levels, the only thing i can think of is high estrogen levels, we can also be exposed to synthetic chemicals that mimic estrogens as well.

Have you had your testoterone checked? ED is rarely caused by performance anxiety but by low hormone levels mainly a low Growth Hormone level causing low LH and FSH. Get these hormones checked. I had the same problem and believe me I've read every article there is on the subject.

Advice of Yardbull is very practical. When you are with a new girl, usually you are overstimulated.  Excessive stimulation  hastens ejaculation.  To control you excess urge, take slow and deep breath, this will help you control your self.Allowing her to masturbate you or masturbating her, will bring you closer and eventually you will be able to keep control as long as you wish

It is probably a good thing that you've stopped masturbating, at least for the time being, and staying away from the porn.  There may be one or more reasons for your ED including performance anxiety with a new girlfriend.  Until you two get more familiar with each other, kiss and cuddle, but don't jump into intercourse for quite some time.  Instead, allow her to give you a slow hand job to show you both that you can continue to the point of ejaculation, and that everything is working as it should.
