Hi BB, just keep off the DHEA, till your over 35, its for us older guys?
Have a read up about fenugreek and testosterone, you may find this interesting as something to add to the list. I'm going to try some in my green tea mix, to see if that helps me with my ongoing problem with ED, its no joke when I say ED jokes with us, but I think I keep just ahead of it.
Good Luck
To your question, yes but around once in 15 days. Somehow I have not been able to get rid of this addiction completely :(
I got you point regarding how my brain reacts. So maybe combining work outs and the exercises which you have recommended will help me get out of this problem.
I am so very thankful to you for the suggestion. I am still reading your mail and I am sure it will help me. Thanks again.
Thank you Caryopteris. I have got myself checked for diabetes and thyroid. I am not carrying any of those.
I agree, I don't work out much. I have been reading about good impact of work out on sex life. Thank you anyways for the suggestion.
Hi BB, I think your main problem comes from 11 years of masturbating, is this something you still do today?
The other problem could come from your masturbating grip, all these years if you had a harder grip, a women's vagina does not have a grip of steel, its got a featherlight touch, you have to remember, what is done by the hand is remembered by the brain, so any masturbating from now on featherlight touch, get your brain rethinking,
Two exercises that may help one is jelqing, this will help get blood down you penis, and doing kegels also will help to pump blood down you penis, for both of these just google pegym, look under exercises, your find them both there, and your need jelqing for beginners, just learn how to jelq, when you do these just stick to the rules of jelqing, don't try to rush or push the program of jelqing, otherwise you will get ed.
I'll send you a couple of PMs with some herbs, these may help, there just simple things.
See how you get on.
Good Luck
See the doctor to get checked for routine problems like diabetes and thyroid problems. Erections are a man's health barometer.
The only issue I've heard about masturbation are that masturbating prone can damage nerves. Otherwise it should not cause problems.
You can try taking supplements. L-arginine is the first one to add. Start working out to build muscles and strengthen your heart and lungs. I think these things will increase your testosterone and interest in sex as long as you don't have a health issue like diabetes.
