Do i have ED?

Hello,I'm a 17 year old male. My Penis is  slightly constricted towards the base. I have never achieved complete erection. I have observed Sudden extreme pain on the pelvic floor during extreme coughing/ excessive masturbation. My penis fills up with blood and gets harder, a size increase is also clear and noticable. However it does not stand up (90 degrees) involuntarily. I am capable of making it stand for a few seconds(mostly 2-3) by using my pelvic floor muscles voluntarily. I get morning wood rarely, but mostly in the from of 'hard but not erect' .I also suffer from phimosis and when managed to pull the foreskin back once my head was rubbery(when flaccid). I am able to ejaculate and don't have problems with libido.Reducing masturbation and kegels did improve erection(90degrees) times to about 4-5sec.....but i can't keep it up for more than that .i do not smoke or drink at all, i am above average weight(but not obese) and don't suffer from diabetes. Im super confused and honestly.....pretty scared. Do i suffer from ED? Or is it some other issue? Anyhelp would be appreciated. Thank you

Hey, try not to worry.  Really.  Probably everything is fine.  You are a young man.  Morning wood may seem like it isn't happening but that may just be because of your sleep pattern.  Wakefulness has 'lighter' stages of sleep and morning wood does not occur during that.  Meaning, as you wake up more and more and would be aware of morning wood, it's less likely to happen. That's normal.  That's just your sleep pattern.  So, you should go ahead and mention this to your doctor at your next well visit.  Do you talk to them alone or does your mom go in with you?  Probably you are at the point in which you could have a discussion on your own with the doctor.  The two things that come to mind are issues with your blood vessels.  It could  be vasculogenic, which means due to dysfunction in blood vessels. This could happen if you have narrow blood vessels for example.  Not dangerous but something to find out about.  There is a really rare chance it could be related to a nerve situation.  Spinal injury or that type of thing but you would very likely have other issues.  My guess is that the biggest reason boys your age have issues is psychological.  Are you under stress, anxious or worried?  Or are you depressed?  These things really do impact this.

You sound OK. You get hard/erect and orgasm. At 17 you are perfectly normal.
