Low Libido and Erectyle Dysfunction

I am 38 years old and married. I was perfectly normal and having high libido with no problems of erection. I have been using A-Z multivitamin tablets (either centrum or boots) along with one or two fish oil capsules for the last 3 years.

I had an ongoing hair fall since my teen ages, which sometimes slowed down, specifically when I was back home in Pakistan. When I was in the UK, the hair fall increased.  It's in the family. It never completely stopped.

In Feb 2017, I added a hair, skin and nail (boots) multivitamin to my supplements (after dinner everyday)  along side the A-Z multivitamin (after breakfast everyday) for a total of 15-18 days.

The effects were:
-Hair fall surprisingly reduced from the very next day
-Libido increased a lot in the first week
-Hair fall stopped completely in 10- 15 days.
-Libido dropped significantly in 10 - 15 days

In the second week of taking these supplements, I felt increased pressure in the head and depression.
At the end of the 2nd week, I had complete loss of erection, no libido at all. So, I stopped the supplements after a total of 18 days as a very unmistakable pressure in the head was felt a few hours after taking the multivitamin tablet.

Over the next few days, the pressure in the head went away, depression went away but only got some erection back with difficulty ejaculating, noticeably increased time and very low sperm volume.

After that, I have had some days with a little rise in the libido, which was followed by the onset of hair fall. But that libido was still low as compared to what used to be before taking these supplements. As soon as the libido went down, in a few days, hair fall also stopped.

The situation (low or no libido and ED) is still ongoing and not getting back to what it used to be before February this year.
