Opposite/inverse ED

I have some type of inverted/opposite erectile dysfunction. I get an erection doing anything, even when I am not (consciously) sexually aroused. I might be sitting, standing, or walking and it happens, even when nothing sexual is on my mind. Being a trans female (or male crossdresser, which isn't an exact synonym but will help with the basics if you don't know what that means), this is a nightmare. It would also be weird for my friends if we are just hanging out and they assume by a random erection that I am aroused by something.
Basically, I will do all I can to fix this, because it has had an impact on my life that made everything awkward.
Thanks for any help.

P.S. To be honest, I would rather have erectile dysfunction, rather than living in this Hell with this kind of reverse ED. Or maybe I'd rather not be able to have an erection at all. I'm not sexually active, I don't masturbate, and I'm probably going to end up getting a sex-change operation in the future, anyway. As for now, I'd still like a  way to fix this.
