PENIS PROBLEM, PLEASE HELP!!!!

So I have never had non-protected sex in my life. But I have had my girlfriend give me oral sex multiple times. We're both std, and sti free. So I think all this is irrelevant to my problem. But my problem is one day it was just one of those days and i masturbated to 3 times in a day. Before this i had been noticing dry skin on my penis but i didnt see it as a issue. Then the next day i noticed a small patch. Probably half of my thumb size on the foreskin of my uncircumcised penis. The patch is red, not itchy, but the skin seemed to be peeling out. I did what every guy would do and researched and they said its probably be the soap i used or something. So i figured it'll go in a day or too. ive been putting low concentrated lotion on the patch and it seems to be getting better, not as red, and not peeling anymore. But today i looked at my penis and i noticed to small dots on my penis, very small, but similar condition to the patches. PLEASE HELP. Could it be an std or an Sri, is this common, should i be worried?

Dear Madam,
1. Two days before I had intercourse with my wife. Next morning I got itching on my penis. After some time small bumps found on my penis head and penis shaft. We both are not having any disease. Kindly Suggest.
2. I will get early ejaculation while intercourse.
Kindly suggest.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Wash the area with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort and take anti allergic medicine like Benadryl.

If the irritation persists then get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
