Penis suddenly stopped erecting / soft erection

This happened 2 days back. I was sitting on the bed cross-legged, watching a movie. My leg would sometime go numb and I would change the direction. Then after 1 hour, holding my pee and full erect penis (maybe due to some scenes in the movie), I felt pain in my penis shaft and tip-mild burning sensation.

I went to pee and burning was reduced and then was in the same situation-sitting, watching, full erect.

After 1 hour same happened pee + burning sensation and I went for the washroom.

NOW the burning was a bit more and I peed the burning was MORE in the scrotum area and groin. I thought to relieve the pain, I should masturbate. I did achieve it, but without any erection and THE PAIN WAS RELIEVED.

NOW SINCE THAT DAY, I AM UNABLE TO GET ERECTION, normally I would get erected if I touched or see something.
1st day after the incident, penis felt somewhat numb. Yesterday, I felt a bit sensation but still no erection. Today in the morning I was erected like 1 inch from flaccid position. Peeing and everything is normal, no pain feeling. Once I tried to get erection but only achieve about half length and soft

Is it damaged? Can it heal on its own? Please advise.

Shaggy, what happened with this issue? Did it resolve on its own, or continue to be a prblm? If so, did you seek treatment? And if treated, did that help? Always curious to know if a solution was found to this type of prblm. Your input could help others dealing w/ similar issues. Please check back here & let us know how you’re doing - thx!

I'd guess temporary and since you were sitting in such a way that there was numbness, that provokes the thought of a nerve impingement from positioning.  Monitor and I'd expect this to recover shortly.  let us know.

Jake is asking the right questions. I'd like to add that since it's only been 2 days, it's possible this is just a temporary situation that might correct itself over time. If it continues for another week or two, I would definitely see a Dr. You can start with your reg Dr., if he/she isn't able to help, ask for a referral to a Urologist. Good luck & please check back here & let us know how you're doing...

Do you get morning wood? Can you get and maintain an erection if you physically touch yourself? Does it feel cold when it's "numb"? I'm assuming you're young; is your sex drive still strong? Do you get 0 sensation?
