Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation

I am 29 years old and i have been watching soft and hard core porn since as long as i can remember. I think it started when i was around 13-14 years old. I was not sexually active then. I had my first sexual experience at 23 and it was horrible. I couldn't get hard and when i did, ejaculated in less then a minute. With porn, i had, sometimes, semi hard and sometimes fully hard erections. Then i had sex with hookers but it wasn't that great as i came in a minute. Now i am 29 and i when i have sex with my girlfriend, i ejaculate in less than a minute. Also, my erections, with and without porn are semi hard.

I don't watch that much porn and now i have stopped completely. Any one out there who had a similar problem and recovered from it ?

My two problems are:

1) Weak erections

2) Premature ejaculation

I am very sad and stressed.

Please please please someone help me. Is there someone out there who had a similar problem and recovered. I don't even know how it feels to have a great sex.

By not watching porn and masturbating, you have taken steps in solving your own problems.  You have a girlfriend, so do not let porn and masturbation compete with her for your attention.  Enjoy being with your girlfriend while your body heals without trying to cure your two problems overnight.  Come back to this forum for further support.
