Sensitive skin irritation on head of penis. Exzema? Balanitis? Chaffing?

This all started 6 weeks ago. I was at my gf's place and we started making out (with both of us fully clothed)  I was on top grinding her which didn't last very long as i pre ejaculated. I stayed the night and in the morning we got back to making out again with her on top this time grinding.  I lasted much longer but upon ejaculation, I felt this extremely sensitive tingling feeling on my penis that was very uncomfortable as she continued to grind on me. The next day there was no sensitivity but i was weirdly very sexually aroused and masturbated 3 times either by dry humping my bed or with the use of a sock. Upon finishing the 3rd time i felt extremely sensitive again. I examined my penis and noticed a red spot on the top part of my glans and it initially looked swollen. Throughout that week I tried to take take it easy and stop masturbating. Unfortunately this happened during exam season in which i was stressed, so it didn't work out very well. However I knew i had to stop when i decided to use my hands with no lotion and had already ejaculated when my penis was 50% erect...

After that i read some forums and decided to abstain from masturbation for 2 weeks. This helped with the sensitivity i was experiencing from just sitting down. Later my gf and i met up again and she was on top dry humping me in which i ejaculated and felt ok. After some time that same day she gave me oral which lasted a total of 1 min. I  have never felt such sensitivity in my life. My whole body was extremely ticklish and tingly. And AGAIN the next day I was extremely aroused in which i masturbated twice . Once dry humping, the other with a sock(I have socks designated for masturbation in which i use once before washing again, so i think they are sanitary?)

Now im back to having a feeling of irritation and sensitivity. I recently started applying coconut oil in the morning after I shower and dry my penis. This generally works for a certain amount of time until the sensitivity comes back again

I have a history of eczema, so is it possible that it travelled to my penis? or am i experiencing some serious friction burn? Or could it be Balanitis? My glans are not swollen this time around which makes me think its not balanitis but of course i could be wrong. It also has been smelling really bad down there lately. There are no bumps on the head. Besides oral sex i have never had sexual intercourse, I am also circumcised and 20 yrs old.

I honestly just want to get back to feeling normal and would love any help that anyone could provide
