Trouble with erection after accident

On Aug. 21 of this year, I was involved in a motorcycle accident where I suffered a broken pelvis, as it was my pelvis and genitals that took the brunt of the impact.  In the days following the accident during my hospital stay, my genitals had swollen to the size of a grape fruit, discolored black and were very painful.  This eventually went down and the discoloration went away.  Because I had also developed a blood clot on my left leg, I began taking Lovenox injections twice a day and I still am taking them.  During intercourse with my wife, I am completely unable to achieve a full erection.  Not matter what is done, it simply does not fully erect.  I have attempted to achieve an erection with masturbation but that is also to no avail.  Am I looking at having this as a permanent issue?  Is there anything to correct such an issue?  Any help is appreciated.

you might want to see a doctor about possible damage in that area.

Prostate takes an important part in sexual activity. If it is not damaged you may get internal massage done. or do anal peripheral prostate massage. There are 4 types of prostate massage.. Stretching of tail bone massage by complete anus is also good for sexual stamina. Please note, if prostate, tail bone are damage, do not do any thing without asking doctor.Just consider this suggestion, if it resonates with you, other wise discard it. thanks.

If possible, you should make an appointment to see Dr. Lawrence Levine out of Rush Medical center in Chicago. Expert!
