Unable to get full erection after testicle injury

I got injured in one of my testicle 5 weeks ago since then I'm unable to get a full erection and It looks like the testicle is getting shrunk sometimes.
I have seen 8 urologists and all of them said that I need to give it more time to heal.
I have done multiple testicular ultrasounds and according to the last urologist, I have a severe epididymitis that can take months to heal by itself.

Does anyone hear about such a case? Is It possible that I have testicle atrophy that cannot be diagnosed by ultrasound?

Honestly, it sounds like you were super thorough in your evaluation of the situation. Eight doctors is a lot and all say to give it more time. I'm sure that is really frustrating and you worry this is permanent. They are telling you it isn't. I don't know if you can relax yourself to just keep waiting but you have done everything you can with a consistent answer from those physically evaluating you and reading your ultrasound results.
