Dear doctor
6 weeks ago I had surgical treatment for Penile Fracture. Everything is good, recovery etc but I ask is it possible to take Viagra or other similar pills for improving erection or is it not recomended at this stage of recovery. (Age 55)
Thanks in advance.

Well, a mental block can make things difficult.  You just had a traumatic even take place (surgery) on your penis.  But go easy because you are at the time frame in which you should just now be returning to have erections.  I would not use Viagra yet at this time.  Glad you didn't develop a curve post surgery.  that happens 5% of the time and can create a whole new set of problems.

Many thanks for your kindness.
I intend to cut a part of 50 mg pill. Should be than about 10 mg. Cannot make big damage. Hope so.
I don't think a little Viagra would be too harmful in & of itself,, but please just be very careful with intercourse or any or any other sexual activity - you're still healing & some fractures happen because of overly vigorous intercourse or masturbation. Remember, you already experienced a fracture when your penis was presumably 'healthy' & at 100% - you're probably not back to 100% yet, so just take it a little easy for a while until you're absolutely certain you're back to full strength...

Surgical treatment for penis fracture sounds like a rough go on its own.  When were you allowed to resume sexual intercourse after that?  You are really just at the point in recovery in which you are allowed to even get any sort of erection again.  So, I'd hold off on Viagra.  I'd wait a full 8 weeks and make sure you've cleared it with your doctor. You've got no curve post surgery?

No curve post surgery. Meanwhile i had sex , oral. All good. But when begin penetration no satisfied with erection. That is what I asked for. Might be a kind of mental blockade.
