Weak erection
I have been masturbating almost daily to porn and sometimes 2 times a day too. Yes its a lot and just a month ago I started getting weak erection and I am not sure why this has happened. So I go to my doc and got some blood tests done for hormones like FSH, TSH, LH and Testosterone serum and all came back normal. So my doctor gave me an anti depressant pill related to serotonin levels and a vitamin D pill. I took vitamins but only took 2 of those anti depressants but they messed me up i got some anxiety issues and my chest started stretching a lot. So I stopped taking that pill and joined gym and yes it did increased my muscles and also I did some cardio with strength training and it improved the erection and size too but still it's a bit weaker. I try to masturbate every now and then to check but yes there had been a little decrease in libido but when I watch porn and use some stimulation I do get it erected but it still a bit weak and I lose it without continuous stimulation. What's happening here? This has happened in this winters only for first time. It never happened before. Also I have been smoking hukkah for 4 almost 4 years now

How long will it take me to recover if I leave it?
If it's just superficial, see how it is after four to five weeks. Let it recover. If it's scarred up internally or something like that, so less than superficial, you could give platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections a try, done by a trained urologist, and I heard when done closer to the time of injury it could be even more beneficial.
What about the sore throat though? Does this have anything to do with this situation? I have mucus in my throat for over a month. My throat also used to be scratchy but then I took some antibiotics and scratchines went away but still there is mucus in throat. It disturbs me a little and eventually cough also comes with it. Is this connected to ED?
When I've masturbated, especially quite a bit, I tend to get sick, and have cold like symptoms like a sore throat and mucus too. It could just be that, that it's draining or tiring to your body. Otherwise, I don't see how it would be connected to the ED.
