What can I do??

I jammed my penis against my parter months ago during intercourse, it hurt but I continued anyways as the pain went away, ever since that day I can’t flex my penis when flaccid, my pelvic muscles are fine, I’m healthy and active nor do I smoke or drink, my penis has also lost 70% of its sensation.

Ugh, another poster just was taking about a traumatic pelvic event and likely experienced nerve damage. Losing sensation can indicate that. But very likely you will recover. https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/urologic-diseases/perineal-injury-males  Give this a chance to recover but head straight to the doctor if it doesn't in a couple of weeks.

When you say traumatic pelvic event, I don’t think that’s the case for me, as I can control my pelvic muscles the same as before, it’s only that the end half of my penis won’t flex and will become in pain until point of numbness when erect, it’s been like this for over half a year.
